Before you reserve
What does “up to ten walks” mean?
Your parent chooses up to ten achievable walking sessions during the 14 days. They choose the timing, duration, and pace. This is not an exercise prescription.
What if my parent does not want to participate?
Nothing begins without their direct opt-in. If they decline, your $10 reservation is refunded. We will not contact them again.
What will I hear about their progress?
Only what your parent has agreed may be shared. With permission, you may receive a simple weekly summary of planned and completed walks.
Is this medical or safety monitoring?
No. The pilot does not provide medical advice, exercise prescriptions, location tracking, fall detection, emergency response, or a safety guarantee.
Why is the pilot limited to five families?
The service is delivered personally and manually so we can learn what is genuinely helpful before building software. Five is the maximum, not a claim that places are already filled.
